The Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) at Princeton is seeking a 2024–25 Civic Science Fellow to explore the impacts of new and emerging science and technology, such as artificial intelligence and genomics, and their implications for society, democracy, and policy.
This full-time, 18-month Fellow will be a member of the Science, Technology, and Social Values Lab led by Harold F. Linder Professor Alondra Nelson at IAS.
The Fellow will plan seminars and events, will develop resources and reports in support of multidisciplinary research and policy initiatives, and will collaborate with a range of partners.
